Resell CLUBTerms of Service
These terms describe how the Resell CLUB store works: how you buy digital keys and subscriptions through the Telegram bot, the mini app or the website, how payment and delivery happen, what the store is responsible for, and which risks stay on your side. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Subject of the agreement
Resell CLUB (the website resell.club, the Telegram bot @ResellClub_bot) sells digital goods: activation keys and subscriptions for third-party gaming software for CS2, CS:GO, GTA 5 and other games (for example, Midnight.im and Neverlose.cc products). Some items are delivered not as a key but by granting access to your nickname in a third-party service.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order and do not use the service.
2. Account
You can sign in in several ways: through Telegram (directly in the bot and the mini app, and via the Telegram Login Widget on the website), through Discord, or with an email address and a password. The methods can be linked to one account — orders, balance and the loyalty discount are shared. When you register with an email address, we send a confirmation link — the account starts working only after you open it. Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash; we never see or request the password itself.
You can also buy without an account on the website: in that case you provide an email address, and the order is linked to your browser session and to that address.
Anything done from your Telegram, Discord or email account counts as your own action, so keeping access to them safe is your responsibility. We store the minimum data needed to run the service: a Telegram ID or an email address, a username, a name, language, the selected currency, order history, balance and any payment receipts you upload. The website uses technical cookies only — for the sign-in session.
3. Ordering and payment
You can buy in the Telegram bot, the mini app, on the website or through the Discord bot (the /shop command on our server; the key is delivered to your Discord direct messages). Available payment methods:
- Cryptocurrency — via NowPayments or CryptoBot;
- Bank card — via FreeKassa, or by a manual card transfer: you upload a receipt, an operator checks it and confirms the payment;
- PayPal;
- the account’s internal balance.
An order counts as paid once the payment provider confirms it, and for a manual transfer once an operator has checked the receipt. Regular customers get a 5% discount after $100 in total payments.
4. Delivery and completion
Delivery happens in one of two ways:
- automatically — the key is shown right after payment in the bot, the mini app or on the website;
- manually — an operator grants the item to your nickname in a third-party service.
The store’s obligations are considered fulfilled at the moment the key is shown to you or manual delivery to your nickname is completed. From that moment the service has been rendered. Delivered keys remain in your order history, but keeping them safe and confidential is your responsibility.
5. Internal balance
You can top up your account balance and pay for purchases from it. The exchange rate is fixed at the moment of the top-up: later rate movements do not change the amount on your balance. The balance is meant for paying for items in the store; refunds from the balance are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
We count on fair use of the service. You must not:
- pay for orders with someone else’s payment methods or with illegally obtained funds;
- upload forged or edited payment receipts;
- abuse chargebacks — dispute a payment for an item that was in fact delivered to you;
- interfere with the operation of the bot, the website or payment processes.
If these rules are broken we may refuse service and block the account. That does not release you from the obligation to compensate any damage caused.
7. Third-party software and limitation of liability
Every item in the store is software made by third-party developers. Resell CLUB is not their developer and does not control how they work, update, remain compatible or stay available. We are responsible for you receiving a working key or delivery, but not for how the software itself behaves afterwards.
Using such software may violate the rules of games and gaming platforms and may lead to game accounts being banned. You take that risk upon yourself: the store is not liable for bans or for the loss of game accounts, items or progress. In any case, the store’s liability is limited to the amount of the corresponding order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Refunds
The procedure and conditions for refunds are set out in a separate Refund Policy. On refund matters that policy prevails; these terms apply to everything it does not cover and are read consistently with it.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when new payment methods or purchase channels appear. The current version is always published on resell.club. By continuing to use the service after a change you accept the new version; if a change does not suit you, simply stop using the service.
